Enjoy an invigorating moderate level flow based class with influence in tradition & classical teachings. This class will provide a well balanced blend of dynamic standing poses, forward folds, backbends, inversions or arm balancing all offered with seasoned modifications for safety and sustainability & linked by the emphasis of breath.
Swan has been teaching yoga full time since 1998. Her lineages include Sivananda, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Restorative Yoga, Integral Yoga and Neuro Somatics.
Some of her primary teachers include Ram Dass, Sharon Gannon/David Life, Shri K Pattabhi Jois, The Dalai Lama, Judith Lasater, Dr Joe Dispenza, and numeorus more.
Uplifting 5-10 minute dharma teaching, a mantra, breath work and/or meditatio may be introduced.
NOTE: This is a virtual , live Zoom class. A link will be sent to you upon registering.
This is also a recorded class. Whether you make it live or not, you will receive the recording for 1 week. If in the rare case Swan can not make a class, she will pre-record it and send it to you as to maintain a regular ongoing practice.
