Sound Bath
Join us for an immersive community Sound Bath event every Tuesday at 7:00pm at Green Dragon Tavern & Museum-6115 Paseo Del Norte, Carlsbad, CA 92011.
A sound bath experience allows you to access a deeper state of consciousness, relax your body and mind, and gives you a chance to reset. The sounds produced during our sessions provide a stable frequency to help bring you back into alignment. The intention is to give you the opportunity to bring your mind and body into a state of harmony and health.
Sound healing has the power to cleanse the body of negative energy and emotion, break old patterns and subconscious fears. It helps to restore the body back into a natural state of balance and reset the mind, body, and spirit connection on a cellular level.
Sound Healing can help:
-Treat depression, stress, and anxiety
-Improve immune system functioning
-Stimulate circulation
-Reduce inflammation
-Improve concentration
-Relieve insomnia
What to expect:
During a sound bath, your only responsibility is to relax and remain open to the experience. Wear warm and comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow/sleeping mask, or anything else that you feel will make you comfortable.
