Suggested Sliding Scale: $11-$44. All are welcome, regardless of ability to pay.
Parking is limited. Please carpool when possible.

Flow of the event:
- We gather at 400p.
- Ecstatic Dance will be from 410-540p.
- We will close out with a sound journey from 540-600p.
What is ecstatic dance?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form, expressive movement practice that encourages participants to dance without any set steps or structure. The goal is to let go of inhibitions, connect deeply with the body, and experience the release of emotions through movement.
The environment is usually non-judgmental, with an emphasis on personal freedom and authenticity. People may dance alone or with others, and the focus is more on the experience of moving and feeling the music rather than performing for others. Ecstatic dance often creates a sense of community and shared energy, and it’s seen as a way to connect to oneself, others, and the moment.
Ultimately, ecstatic dance is about liberation, joy, and allowing your body to fully express what you're feeling in the present moment.
