The Postpartum Circle — A Weekly Gathering for New Mamas
You just had a baby. You don't need to have it together. Come exactly as you are.
The postpartum season is tender, overwhelming, and unlike anything you've been told. The Postpartum Circle is a free, weekly gathering where you can finally exhale — held by a community of moms and care providers who truly get it.
Whether you're days postpartum or months in, this is your soft place to land. Practice getting out of the house. Ask the questions you've been afraid to ask. Cry. Laugh. Meet the people who will become your village.
Bring whatever you're carrying: your baby, your tears, your questions, your proud moments, your scary thoughts — or just yourself.
Led by professionals who've been there: IBCLC lactation consultant, midwives, doulas, and fellow moms. A scale is available for casual weight checks and weighted feeds.
Where to find us:
- Every week → Valley Family Collective, Sherman Oaks
- 1st Wednesday of the month → Lake Balboa Park (weather permitting)
Attendees also get access to an online community to stay connected between gatherings.
This is a supportive community space, not a replacement for medical consultations — but we love calming fears and answering questions together.
