Grab a cup of coffee or tea and a snack. We ask the new visitors sign in and let us know if they want free a free meditation instruction and orientation session.

Meditation


15 minutes of sitting meditation, followed by 10 minutes of walking meditation, followed by 15 minutes of sitting meditation.

10:55 AM - 11:15 AM

Beverage and snack break

Join us for sitting and walking meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and a Dharma talk about Buddhist topics. We offer free meditation instruction. Beverages and snacks are available.

Everyone is welcome!

The event is free, but we welcome donations. Pay what you can! We are a not-for-profit organization funded by donations and membership. No one will be turned away based on ability to pay.

No! Everyone is welcome. You don’t have to be Buddhist or know anything about Buddhism to participate in our programs. People of all religions, or no religion, are welcome
