This is a 30-minute guided group experience designed to help you reset your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect to a more calm, grounded state. You’ll be guided into a relaxed, meditative state while receiving intuitive energy healing.

What will I feel during the session?

Everyone’s experience is a little different. Many people feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or more at ease. Some notice a quieting of the mind or a sense of emotional release. Others simply feel more grounded and clear afterward.

Do I need any experience with meditation or energy work?

Not at all. No experience is needed. You don’t have to “do” anything—just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

How is this different from a private session?

This is the same style of energy work I offer in private sessions, shared in a small group setting. While private sessions are more personalized, this experience is still powerful and intentionally guided to support the group as a whole.

How does the “pay what you can” work?

You’re invited to contribute what feels aligned for you. A suggested range of $15–$30 is offered as a guideline, but you’re welcome to choose what feels right.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. You may want to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed.

What if I sign up and can’t make it?

Spots are limited, so all registrations are non-refundable. If something comes up, you may transfer your spot to a future session if space allows.

What is energy healing?

Energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that works with your body’s natural energy to support balance and well-being. Most people experience it as a deep sense of relaxation, calm, and clarity—even if they’ve never tried anything like this before.

What if the session is canceled?

Accepted Answer

Sessions require a minimum of 2 participants. If that isn’t met, you’ll be notified in advance and offered a transfer or full refund.
