YouBloom LLC, founded by Sarah Waite, is a trauma-informed wellness business with the mission of helping You Bloom. YouBloom was created out of the belief that growth and healing requires several key factors- community, movement, nature, and education. In order to encourage this well rounded growth, YouBloom offers a variety of programs including hike+yoga adventures, nature educational programs, in studio yoga classes, bodywork, and community outreach. Sarah herself is a 200 hour yoga practitioner, forest bathing guide, Thai Massage practitioner, and Level One Leave No Trace Educator.

You Bloom Yoga+Wellness

Close off the weekend and prepare for the week ahead with a yoga nidra.

<p>Get comfy and settle in a cozy nook of your home (or in natgure!) for a soothing guided meditation and nidra. Very gentle, slow movement will be offered in the first several minutes to help allow the body to settle into stillness. The meditation and nidra will consist of grounding practices, breathwork, body scans, sensory engagement, and visualizations.</p><p>Please note that your camera does NOT have to be on. Be as private and cozy as you'd like.</p>
