We’re hosting a free yoga class at Equinox Gold Coast!
We’ve teamed up with Equinox Gold Coast to share one of our favorite workout classes with our community — Weekend Wind Down, a soothing yoga journey that uses extended postures and supportive props to fully reset body and mind. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and restore completely in this special weekend only class by Equinox.
We can't wait to host you for this private experience! Participants will receive sage sticks from Sage Haus to share with your mom for Mother’s Day.
Must RSVP for entry. Class spots are limited.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
What To Bring
For non-Equinox members, please bring a photo ID! Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated.
When to Arrive
We encourage new clients to arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow time to check in, stop by the locker room, meet your instructor, and ask any questions you may have.
What if the class fills up?
If the class is at capacity, you will still be able to work out and enjoy Equinox's space!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
A less than 10 minute walk from the Clark/Division Red Line stop. There's also paid area street parking on Walton as well as a parking garage located on 911 N Rush St, Chicago, IL 60611.
