Sound bath meditation with massages and more

Join us for a beautiful candlelit soundbath with your choice of either a neck and temple massage or foot reflexology provided by a licensed massage therapist from The NOW.During the soundbath you will lie comfortably on your yoga mat, while the sound artist plays a series of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments. The sound resonates through the space, washing over your body and mind, like a wave. The massage therapist will visit each attendee for a few moment to provide a choice of neck and temple massage or a brief foot reflexology massage. What to expect at a soundbathMany attendees have noted that they are able to clear their minds or meditate on important items like life choices, work or personal matters. Most attendees comment that they feel a sense of tranquility, relaxation and stress-relief following a soundbath experience. - Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. -Parking is free and easily accessible along the street. With the mission to build community around movement, The Movement Loft is a unique experiential-based wellness studio. CANCELLATION POLICY:Refunds for this workshop are not available. No-shows and missed appointments are not eligible for refund or credits. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
