Week 7 - Culinary Summer Camp (July 22 - 26, 9am-12:30pm), $350

We will be holding a fun kids' summer culinary camp for our little chefs where they will learn the fundamentals of the culinary arts, including basic cooking techniques, knife skills, baking, sauces, and much more! In each class, students learn to plan and execute recipes that include an appetizer, main dishes, and desserts. Continental breakfast will be offered when they arrive. After each class, students come together to enjoy their creations. Our chef instructors are classically trained and have many years of experience teaching this program.

WHO MAY ATTEND

Children 6 through 14 who are interested in exploring the culinary arts.

CLASS SIZE

Smaller class size means greater opportunity to interact. No more than 24 children per class. Campers will work in groups to prepare multiple recipes each day.

SCHEDULE

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - Culinary camp from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. Baking camp is from 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm. Teen camp is from 5 pm-8:30 pm on select weeks. You must register for all 5 days. No credits are issued for missing a class. No refunds. No switching weeks. No exceptions. Thank you.

There is no refund for camper illness, missed days, vacations, or dismissal from the program. The ingredients and staffing necessary will have already been purchased and scheduled for your child's place in the class. We appreciate your understanding. In the event of insufficient enrollment or any other circumstances out of our control, the camp may be canceled or rescheduled for a later date. If we have to cancel a week's camp, you will be refunded in full.
