Week 5 - Teen Culinary & Baking Camp (July 8-12, 5pm-8:30pm), $350

We will be holding an evening teen culinary & baking camp where teens will learn the fundamentals of the culinary arts, including basic cooking techniques, knife skills, sauces, the fundamentals of baking, and much more! In each class, students learn to plan and execute recipes and make their dinner every night. After each class, students come together to enjoy their creations.

WHO MAY ATTEND

Teens 13 through 18 who are interested in exploring culinary arts and baking.

CLASS SIZE

Smaller class size means greater opportunity to interact. No more than 16 teens per class.

SCHEDULE

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday - Culinary camp from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. Baking camp is from 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm. Teen camp is from 5 pm-8:30 pm on select weeks. You must register for all 5 days. No credits are issued for missing a class. No refunds. No switching weeks. No exceptions. Thank you.

There is no refund for camper illness, missed days, vacations, or dismissal from the program. The ingredients and staffing necessary will have already been purchased and scheduled for your child's place in the class. We appreciate your understanding. In the event of insufficient enrollment or any other circumstances out of our control, the camp may be canceled or rescheduled for a later date. If we have to cancel a week's camp, you will be refunded in full.

Masks are strongly recommended for all campers. We are following the recommended guidelines by the County of Los Angeles Public Health.
