There is no better seat in the house than sailing on Lake Michigan aboard 148′ Tall Ship Windy – the Official Flagship of the City of Chicago - to watch the Wed and Sat night fireworks at Navy Pier.

Order a cold drink from our bar and enjoy a thrilling fireworks performance as you sail along the stunning and iconic Chicago skyline during this special event sail.

The Wednesday Fireworks Boat Tour departs promptly at 8:45pm. The Saturday tour starts promptly at 9:15pm.

RAIN OR SHINE EVENT: In the unlikely event that your tour is cancelled, you may exchange your ticket for another day or receive a full refund.

No-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time or risk forfeiture.

The Captain reserves the right to postpone a sail for up to 15 minutes in the case of passing inclement weather.

All sales are final. General Admission tickets on special sails without trip insurance may not change or cancel a reservation

The Tall Ship Windy, sailing from Navy Pier in Chicago, is a 148-foot, traditional four-masted gaff topsail schooner. She offers fireworks cruises, pirate cruises and a variety of other public and private cruises in Chicago. She is built of modern materials, however, like old trading schooners and sail training ships, the WINDY has all the character and charm of the great Age of Sail.

Windy offers daily skyline and sunset sails, Wednesday and Saturday night fireworks sails and of course our famous Friday Night Pirates Pub sail.
