collaboARTive, a non-profit arts organization. Founded by visual artists Jean Blackwell Font and Ignacio Font, we provide resources and community for visual artists in Miami-Dade County. As members of the visual arts community here in Miami, we realize the power of the arts and collaboration; our goal is to support visual artists to mature and to think deeper through offering affordable studio space, artist exposure, and career development. It just takes time and a little know-how. This two-hour workshop is designed for visual artists in Miami who are in need of a website that is affordable, easy to manage, and professional. Warehouse 4726 co-founder Jean Blackwell Font explains the features and benefits of a Squarespace* website and walks you through building your website. Through this workshop, you can have a beautiful, customized website ready in a matter of hours (yes, you can!) 
Jean Blackwell Font is an Authorized Squarespace Trainer. Not familiar with Squarespace? Squarespace is a template-driven website service that gives an artist everything necessary to host a portfolio and even sell work online, with a feature for that supports showing your portfolio on your cellphone, too! The templates are fully customizable, matching your branding and identity - making this a personalized, professional space to present your work to an online audience.
