"Take Back Your Day” is an invigorating session designed to inspire individuals to regain control of their time, empower them to overcome challenges, and embark on a journey of personal transformation. Michael delves into practical strategies for prioritising what you value in life, setting firm boundaries, managing stress, and prioritising our ‘5 F’s’ - Faith, Family, Fitness, Friends and Financial - what we value in life. Through compelling anecdotes and actionable insights, we will be encouraged to reassess our priorities, making empowered choices, and cultivating a life aligned with our values.

This session catalyses positive change, offering us a roadmap for individuals seeking to break free from habits of stagnation and reclaim a life filled with purpose, resilience, and fulfilment.

About the Presenter: Michael Podolinsky
