It is already October, and in a few weeks Halloween will be here! When I think about Halloween, I’m reminded how much fun it can be to get scared. Whether it comes from watching a spooky movie or coming upon someone in a creepy costume, there is magic in the experience. What is not fun is the fear we experience in our lives when we feel we have no control.

Sometimes we avoid facing the situations that we feel take control away from us. In these instances, our thoughts and emotions can cause us to feel stuck and to catastrophize by jumping to the worst-case scenario. We might freeze up, or we might even make a hasty decision that we regret later. Worst of all, we can get caught in a loop of these feelings. This gives our fear space to become chronic.

Join me on October 19, 2017 for a free 1-hour webinar where we will discuss fear. We will talk about what types of fear hold us back, and we will explore some of the sources of those fears. We will work though exercises to help us understand and change our relationships with fear.

We can feel fear and still be successful. When we become aware of fear, we can learn how to work with it and uncover more fulfillment and joy in our lives.
