W.E. MOVE! Tutoring Group is an afterschool program with the main goal of bringing creative, fun and engaging hands-on tutoring activity to our student’s for improvement in their academic area(s) of challenge. We are dedicated to providing an enjoyable and encouraging academic environment for our young scholars all year long!

W.E. MOVE! TG Fall Schedule

Tutors are schedule for 1.5-2 hour sessions Monday - Wednesday

Total Weekly Tutoring & Instruction 7-10 hours based upon the need and attention of your student.

Registration Fee - $110 (plus processing fee) This secures a commitment until May 14, 2021 with W.E. MOVE's virtual tutoring program.

Weekly Rate - $110 Upon registration you will be required to submit automatic payment information. Payments will be processed on Friday according to your chosen pay schedule. This is non negotiable.

Should your payment decline you will be contacted to provide an alternate form of payment. If your student's account is past due by more than 1 week your child's place may be filled by a student on our waitlist. This program has a maximum of 25 participants which makes it very exclusive and we do not want a student to miss an opportunity for academic growth.

PARENT MEETING

A parent meeting will be scheduled via email before the beginning of the program to go over your child's current academic status and discuss their area(s) of concern. Meetings will be held via Zoom. Please make sure to download this app on your laptop or cell phone. Please bring any test scores, teacher comments and/or assessments you would like to share with us at that time. We will also go over registration and waiver information and make sure you are logged into our parent communication app, GroupMe.

IMPORTANT

Our processing system will deduct your weekly payment on Friday based on your chosen pay schedule. Initial registration payments must be submitted here, via Eventbrite by you.
