"We are ONE" Grief and Loss Support Group

Join us for an uplifting and compassionate online support group for the BIPOC community where we come together to heal and find solace in our collective experiences of grief and loss. This event, held on Wed Jan 17 2024 at 18:00:00 GMT-0600 (Central Standard Time), offers a safe space to for the BIPOC community to share stories, emotions, and coping strategies. Whether you've recently experienced a loss or are still navigating the journey, our community is here to support you. Let's find strength in unity and remember that we are never alone in our grief. We are ONE support group is for persons who have lost someone by suicide or trauma and are a member of the BIPOC (Black, Indgenious, People of Color) community.

Is there a fee for attending?

No, the group is free

When does the group meet?

We are ONE support group meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month from 6pm to 7pm CST

What do you do in the group?

Members get a chance to share and reflect on their grief along with gaining support for the loss of a loved one to suicide or trauma.

WE ARE as strong as the community that holds us up! We can do more together than we can do alone. Let's bring our abilities and passions together to affect real change with sharing the importance of Mental Health, the impact of trauma violence and suicide.
