The 2024 program will commence on Friday, July 12, 2024, and will conclude on Friday, August 9, 2024. Students will be onsite at Weill Cornell Medicine from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each of the five days. Students will have an opportunity to visit WCM departments of their interest and participate in fun and educational activities like facility tours, lectures, career-focused workshops, mentorship, luncheons, and career roundtables.
We aim to make this program as accessible as possible for all students. With that in mind, students can expect a sponsored breakfast and lunch on-site, six OMNY cards ($50 each) and a stipend upon completion of the program ($250). Students will also receive a certificate of completion and opportunities to stay connected with WCM and future programs.
We are recruiting enthusiastic community college students and first/second-year students attending a four-year college who are pursuing or interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. All eligible students can apply online. The Office of Staff Diversity, Inclusion, & Engagement is responsible for the onboarding and clearance of students.
