Golden Eagle Audubon is dedicated to birding, wildlife education, cultivating native plants, habitat conservation, advocacy for birds, and more. As the Southwest Idaho chapter of the National Audubon Society, we offer birding trips for all ages, monthly educational presentations, community science programs, and work on the conservation and restoration of public lands. Most of our programs are free and open to the public as part of our commitment to serving the community. Please register to attend this trip. Make sure ALL fields are filled in and a confirmation email is received.W﻿e will explore the area and birds of Esther Simplot Park. The paths are a mix of paved, boardwalk, and gravel, depending on our exact route. We will walk around the various ponds primarily looking for waterfowl but also wintering songbirds and raptors. Check out the hotspot at https://ebird.org/hotspot/L753869.All levels are welcome. Binoculars will be available if needed.Participants younger than 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
