It's time to get cutting! Become certified to use NEM's Wazer water jet to cut a variety of materials from steel to glass. In this class you will be an introduced to Wazer, the accompanying WAM software and how to set up your files for cutting. Each attendee will go through the process of starting up the Wazer and preparing it for operation culminating in cutting a simple shape out of steel.

You don't need to bring anything but feel free to bring a laptop if you want to get started on WAM.

Event recommended for persons 18 or older.

You MUST be a member of North End Makerspace to use the Wazer water jet. If you are not a member, but are curious about the Wazer, you can still take the class to learn about the machine. If you become a member later you will not need to repeat this class.
