Lai won three TVB Anniversary Awards for Best Actor, making him only one of three actors who have three wins in that category. 黎耀祥是香港男演員，曾三奪無線「萬千星輝頒獎典禮」「最佳男主角」。1986年開始參與電視劇。 他曾到亞洲電視和影壇發展，2002年重返無線電視，2010年出版探討戲劇與生命關係的《戲劇浮生：黎耀祥論演技與人生》一書。黎耀祥至今拍攝過百部電視劇及近百部電影，持續為香港演藝界服務30多年。
