Calibration Refresher (In-Person Delivery) - 2013 Framework for Teaching -

Designed for school leaders, as well as those who want to calibrate their observation and feedback skills, this training will allow participants to determine their level of calibration and rater-reliability among the participants. Participants will also develop a deeper understanding of the Framework's components and rubrics, practice aligning evidence to the rubrics, and discuss how biases can impact observations of teaching practices.
