About this event

Today, for most of us, we have become disconnected from our environment, from our tribe, from our food and from our Spirit.

Through a combination of Earth mindfulness, narrative meditation, a series of physical movements and taking action to look after the planet, Wayapa® provides a sense of belonging to the Earth while creating holistic well-being.

These four sessions, are designed to provide the community with a repetitive practice required to learn the movements to make the practice part of your weekly or daily routine.

The first session (THU 20 JUN) includes a deeper explanation of the practice and the movements.

The following three sessions (THU 27 JUN and THU 4 JUL and THU 11 July) are movement only and designed to help community to consolidate the practice. Whilst beneficial to attend all four sessions for your own practice, you can come to one, two or all four, depending on what suits you and your schedule.
