Nourish your soul with a tour that explores the connection between our health and the living things that sprout from the earth. This one-of-a-kind tour includes three stops, starting with a primer on mycology and the benefits of growing and consuming mushrooms — and then follows with a visit to a beautiful herb farm that grows dozens of herb varieties valued for their wellness properties. The tour ends with a locally prepared lunch amid the sights and sounds of a third farm.

This uplifting tour will introduce you to the many ways Mother Nature can support our health and wellbeing. Great for all ages. Only 13 tickets available.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the tour start?

All guests will meet at Mills River Park in Mills River, NC (detailed instructions to follow). Our van will pick us up at 10AM and drop us off at 4PM at this location. The tour will include three sites.

What is your weather policy?

Our tours take place rain or shine. In the event of lightening, we will have to cancel the tour. We notify all guests by 8AM on the day of the event, if that is the case, and will issue a full refund.

Is food included in the tour?

Yes, a lunch of locally prepared sandwiches and salads are included in the tour, along with snacks - usually nuts and chocolate - as well as bottles of water. We do offer vegetarian options.

What if I'm not able to attend the event?

All ticket sales are final. But if you can inform us of a cancellation at least 72 hours before the start time, we will try to resell your tickets. If successful, we will issue you a refund worth 75% of your ticket price.
