WAVES is a soundbath experience with a focus on complete relaxation and soothing of the senses. Join me for an opportunity to unwind and connect with your breath on a journey of ancient instruments and sounds. All participants will need a yoga mat, and need to wear a mask while setting up. A blanket is recommended.
