At this event you will learn how the Institute for the Future of Law Practice (IFLP) is building a better and more diverse talent pipeline. Industry pioneers behind this effort include our founding sponsors, Chapman and Cutler, Elevate, and Cisco, as well as ADM, Auto-Owners Insurance, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Fenwick & West, Hermes Law, Honigman, Neota Logic, Orrick, Relativity, Seyfarth Shaw, Thompson Hine, Univar, Colorado Law, Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, and Osgoode Hall Law School. Forty students from 5 law schools recently participated in IFLP's inaugural boot camp, where they learned foundational skills in data, process, tech, and business operations. They then went on to summer internships and field placements with IFLP legal employers. Wave One is about scaling to include more students and employers in this industry-wide solution.
