What do I need to bring to the workshop?

We will provide everything for you!! However, if you would like to bring a journal and a yoga mat, that would be great!

Can I bring my children?

Accepted Answer

This special event is designed for your deep rest and rejuvenation, so please let the kiddos enjoy some quality time with a trusted adult that will not be attending the workshop. Having said that, this workshop is appropriate for those mature enough to dive into a quiet space, probably 12+.

Do I need to have any yoga experience to attend the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not!! This workshop is designed for all levels of yoga practitioners, including very beginners!!
