How do you come down from the mountain and integrate into your life?
No longer seeking peak experiences that you can’t integrate, but an integration in your life.

Open to men & women, you are welcome to come on your own, bring a friend, or a partner. This will support and nourish you personally, and your union if you’re in relationship.
We weave together Kendall’s practices in the Rose Lineage, Temple Arts, trauma healing and nervous system balancing with Stephanie’s in Himalayn Kriya and yogic and tantric paths to create a rejuvenating experience to help you come back to a state of harmony and peace within self. You then can integrate this into everyday life as you come back from the mountain.
We will have a morning practice, nourishing breakfast, and then another journey or exploration mid morning. After lunch, we will have some open space for syncing with the land, relaxing at the spa, going in the river. We will then have an afternoon or evening practice and dinner.
We are excited to welcome men to this as well as many of our pat retreats have been for women only. There is such a power when we come together in presence and practice. To witness and learn through each other and be reflections.
We will have solo group practices, partnered paired practices, some that may expand edges but will greatly expand your capacity and connection to Spirit, self, and life.
