Frequently asked questions

Is there an additional charge for Kings'Land weekly recreational activities?

All recreational activities and events offered at Kings'Land are free of charge to registered Kings'Land Guests only.

How many people in my party am I allowed to register?

As long as all party members are registered Guests at Kings'Land, there is no limit per party; however, every Activity has a limit of 20 Guests per activity.

When does registration end?

Registration ends at 6:00 AM the day of the Activity or when all available spots have been taken.

Am I able to cancel my tickets?

Yes. Within your confirmation email from Eventbrite there is a link to your tickets where it will give you the option to 'Cancel Tickets'. You will receive another email from Eventbrite momentarily confirming the cancellation.

Will there be a cancellation fee if I cannot attend my registered activity?

There could be a $25 fee if there is no online cancellation of registration or prior notice given to the Recreation Team before the start of registered activity.
