About this event

Take part in our art therapy workshop with a focus on the Zentangle method! This method is a mindful art process or a way to create a fun piece of artwork. Zentangle techniques can boost concentration, reduce stress, and even help with fine motor skills. These classes are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday of the month.
