What time do I need to arrive?

We will open the doors for early check-in on Friday, April 5th from 1 PM - 4 PM. If you are unable to check-in at that time our doors will open 90 minutes before each service. You can check-in at any of those times.

Is there reserved seating?

General Admission seating is first come, first serve. We do have bleachers available for those who are 35 or older, these seats are also first come first serve.

Question 4

Can I leave items on the floor or in the chairs to save my seats in between services?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, we do not allow items to be left in the sanctuary. After each service our cleaning crew comes in to freshen up the sanctuary. Any items left in the sanctuary will be placed at the front registration desk in lost and found.

Question 5

Do I have to have a ticket in order to attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Due to limited space, we may have to use our overflow room to accommodate extra attendees. A ticket guarantees your seat in the conference hall and will give you priority over guests without tickets.

Question 6

Why do I need a ticket if the event is free?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you register to guarantee that you have a seat in the conference center and to help us best prepare for your arrival. The more accurate our count is, the better we can accommodate you.

Question 7

Do I need to print my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At check-in, there will be a line for attendees with printed tickets and attendees without printed tickets. By printing your tickets, you will save a significant amount of time in the registration lines. If you cannot print your tickets, you can also download them to your smartphone.

Question 8

Is it okay if the name on my ticket does not match the name of the attendee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you are registering a group and you do not have the name of each attendee, you can hold the extra ticket(s) in your name. Please be sure that you cancel any extra tickets that you have as WarriorFest approaches.

Question 9

What services are my tickets valid for?

Accepted Answer

Your online registration submission reserves tickets for the entire conference. There is no way to register for individual services. By submitting your registration, you are able to attend each service throughout Warrior-Fest weekend.

Question 10

How can I cancel my ticket(s)?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your tickets by clicking “Log In” under the “Your Account” section at the bottom of your confirmation email. Follow your order (in blue) for WarriorFest and cancel your tickets on the next page under “Cancel Order.”

Question 11

Will there be childcare or nursery provided?

There will be nursery provided, for the NIGHT SERVICES ONLY, for children 1-4 years old. Due to limited space in the nursery, please arrive early to check your child in before each service. Nursery care will be given on a first come, first serve basis.

Question 12

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Accepted Answer

Any child that will be entering the conference hall will need to be registered. If you have a young infant and prefer to keep him/her on your lap, they will not need a ticket.

Question 13

How will  registration (check-in) work the day of the conference?

Accepted Answer

Registration during the conference is required. Upon your arrival to OCI, please come to the main entrance. The registration booth will be open for you to check-in your tickets and receive wristbands. You must wear these waterproof wristbands all weekend, as they will give you access to the event.

What times will registration be open throughout the conference?

Early check-in is recommended as it will give you a chance to avoid large crowds and long lines later in the day. Early check-in begins on Friday, April 5th from 1 PM - 4. Registration will re-open 90 minutes before each service and will close 15 minutes after each service begins.

Will the services be live-streamed?

Accepted Answer

No. Warrior-Fest will not be live-streamed.

Question 16

I am unable to attend, can I purchase the CDs or DVDs after the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Services will be available for purchase after the conference by calling VOE at 423-478-3456.

Question 17

What can/can’t I bring into the conference center?

Accepted Answer

For security purposes, no backpacks, briefcases or large packages are permitted in the large hall before, during or after a service. You may report any unusual activity to our security or police team who are on hand during the entire conference.

Question 18

Can I take photos?

Accepted Answer

We ask that you please refrain from using flash photography while the service is in progress. Any other photography is allowed.

Question 19

Do any of the hotels or airports in Cleveland have shuttles to OCI?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no hotels or surrounding airports that have shuttles to OCI.

Question 20

Can I park my RV/camper on the property?

Accepted Answer

We do not have a place to "hook-up" your camper/RV. With that in mind if you are still interested, please call 423-790-1717 and ask for Mandie. We also have a KOA in the area. You can contact them at 1-800-562-9039
