How does the swap work?

Accepted Answer

Bring gently used, high-quality clothing, shoes, and accessories and exchange them for items you love. Volunteers will ensure your items are organized and ready for swapping. Then, you'll step into a brand-new-to-you collection of unique pieces.

Do I need a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Timed entry slots are required to help us maintain a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Your e-ticket will be checked at the door, and you’ll be directed to the sorting table before browsing.

Question 3

What happens if I arrive late for my time slot?

Accepted Answer

We encourage attendees to arrive on time to get the best selection. If you arrive late, you may have less time to swap before the next group enters.

Question 4

What kind of clothing is accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories in clean, wearable condition. Please do not bring undergarments, swimwear, or stained, torn, or overly worn items.

Can I bring extra clothing to donate?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We welcome extra donations, even if you’re not swapping. Mention which items you'd like to donate at the sorting table. Donations are greatly appreciated and support local moms in need.

What can I expect in the swap area?

Accepted Answer

The swap area will be organized with clothing, accessories, and shoes. You will have space to shop, try on, and fill your tote bag with new items that you love.

What if I don’t find anything I want?

Accepted Answer

If you don’t find anything you love, consider it an opportunity to declutter and support a great cause! You can either take your items back home or donate them to help local moms in need.
