BIOGRAPHY

Terry is the Chief Inclusion and Diversity Officer (CIDO) for AEO,Inc.(AEO). AEO is a global specialty-retailer, with approximately 40,000 associates employed worldwide at brands such as American Eagle, Aerie, Offline and Todd Snyder. In his role as CIDO, Terry leads AEO's Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) efforts enterprise-wide around the three pillars of Hiring, Community and Development. In addition, Terry leads AEO's labor and employment law group and also oversees compliance and finance legal matters, providing legal support and guidance for all of AEO's brands and business units. Terry joined AEO in January 2016 and has a passion for promoting the power of authenticity, integrity and servant leadership. Before joining AEO, Terry held positions at FedEx and large international law firms based in Texas and Pennsylvania.

The USC Lunch & Learn Series is only open to USC High School students and staff. The presenter will present the same material during each lunch. Just bring your lunch to the SGI (Room 150) and learn something new!
