This workshop is for all those sick of feeling like all of their runs are running and vaulting and more running and more vaulting and more running and...well  you get it.  If you find yourself wanting a wider range of movement to incorporate into your  training or want to flow like water (or Phosky), this is the workshop for you. The workshop is open to women, enbies and other minorities who already have an understanding of the basics of parkour including vault, jump and stride tech. (You don't have to be a master of every vault or have huge jumps but you will need be able to do at least 2 vaults, precisions and strides with confidence. We will be having an interactive play session where Anna will share some of her favourite flow moves and take suggestions from participants so that everyone can come up with a run they like by the end of the session.
