Welcome to Walking the Labyrinth for Spiritual Connection - Interfaith gathering! This event is a unique opportunity to connect with others from different faith traditions as we walk the labyrinth together.

The focus on each step in the labyrinth encourages you to be fully present in the moment, letting go of past regrets and future anxieties. Walking the labyrinth is symbolic of pilgrimages – a symbolic pilgrimage to the Holy Land and back, a pilgrimage to God, a pilgrimage to one’s own center perhaps.

Bring your writer's journal. Speak and affirm your 2025 power words while walking the labyrinth. Find clarity, insight, peace, empowerment. Sometimes, we need to be restored in a power that is greater than our own perceived limited beliefs.

Join thousands of people around the world in this moving meditation for world peace and celebration of the labyrinth experience! Meet at the labyrinth located on the campus of Unity Center of Spiritual Growth. Open to all ages. No fee but you can donate to your favorite non-profit for Mental Health Awareness month.

Let me tell you though when I speak of writing, I am not thinking of you as a writer. I am not telling you to engage exclusively in expressive writing. My philosophy is writing as a transformative process is the very essence of becoming, the idea of individuation - a true homecoming into joy, meaning and connection. Writing as a spiritual discipline helps you stay centered and increases your sense of well-being.

I'm a writing teacher, not a counselor. ​I taught as an English professor at the university level. I've practiced meditation for over forty-five years and studied the science of happiness and metaphysics. This includes conducting interdisciplinary research into the work of Carl Jung. I have a background in literature and an avid interest in depth psychology and mythology.
