We will be moving to Stoke Mandeville Stadium from Jan 5th - March 16th 2026 (no session Feb 23rd), where the cost will be £8.50.
Wear anything you feel comfortable to exercise in, and we recommend removing any jewellery. Please bring a drink.

What is WALKING NETBALL?!
It’s a slower version of netball, with some adaptations to the rules:
- No running or jumping (one foot must always be in contact with the ground)
- You can hold the ball for 4 seconds
- You can take an extra step
These rules are designed to be kinder to our joints and muscles. Walking Netball has endless benefits for physical, cognitive and mental health. It’s a great way to be active, meet people and improve well-being.
