This collection includes live Reiki energy healing sessions. Sessions always have free, by-donation, and paid options. Just be there!

<p>Meet up at the gazebo/beach area at Randall Road in Shutesbury, MA, where we join in a group meditation and some gentle movement centered on the elements of the natural world. Next we walk together (approximately 1 mile) mindfully through South Brook Conservation Area to the brook and back. During the leisurely walk over varied terrain we share insights, sing/hum/make noise, cultivate silence, and engage in walking meditation. At the brook participants will receive reiki energy healing.</p><p>Note: this walk, while leisurely, includes some hilly terrain that can become quite wet after rain.</p>
