We walk every other Saturday morning at 10.30am sharp!

Yes! There are also several benches on the route so you can stop and rest if you need ot.

The walk is about 3 miles total, through the Windsor playing fields.

Join us after every walk at Penn Bowling Club where you can attend a health talk. Each talk is different and we cover a variety of topics from healthy lifestyle, physical health and mental health!

How much does it cost to attend?

The walk is free to attend, however we request a £2.00 per person voluntary donation at Penn Bowling Club. This helps to fund the use of the room and refreshments.

Where can I park?

There is road parking available on Manor Road by the meeting point. You can also park in the Penn Bowling Club car park for free.

What happens at the walk?

We walk through the park and towards and Windsor playing fields. There are a number of short rest breaks with benches available in case you need to sit down. At the end of the walk, join us at Penn Bowling Club for tea / coffee and a health talk.
