Grab a pair of comfortable shoes and meet us at the park. Enjoy the fresh morning air, good company, and the opportunity to get fit and have some fun every Saturday. Every step is a success, so take the trails at your own pace.
At Walk with a Doc, you’ll find Dr. David Sabgir of OhioHealth, other health care professionals, and fellow walkers who are taking steps toward better health. We are thrilled to provide FREE: blood pressure checks, healthy snacks, recipes, health information to make better lifestyle changes, and opportunities to talk with local physicians. Walk with a Doc welcomes walkers and rollers of all ages and experience levels.
The Walk with a Doc program was started right here in Columbus, OH in April of 2005 by Dr. Sabgir and has now expanded throughout the world. You don’t need any special gear and there are no special rules. Just put on a pair of comfortable shoes and walk alone, with friends, a partner or family or with a group.
