Will there be a workout during the event?

Nope! This is not a bootcamp. It’s a walk-and-talk style event. You’ll get light movement, fresh air, and open access to a certified personal trainer during the walk.

What if it rains?

We’ll monitor the forecast and notify you by email the evening before if the event is postponed due to weather. A rain date will be offered when possible.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely. The more the merrier — just make sure they register through Eventbrite so we can keep the group size manageable.
