Small, in-person class that is a combo of Brisk Walking + Low-Impact, Higher-Intensity Exercises for Women 50+

Class starts May 5 & Ends May 30.

Class is every Tuesday & Saturday, 8a-9a.

A total of 8 fitness sessions.

This is a fast-paced class that can be modified to your fitness level.

Classes will be held on an outside track (weather permitting).
