About this event

Come and take a walk with us inside Wildwood Recreation Site in Welches, Oregon!

What: A Walk in Wildwood

Who: All Are Welcome. This virtual space is affirming of all identities and individuals. Please register for each individual who is planning to come.

When: 5/26/2024 12:00pm-2:00pm

Where: Wildwood Recreation Site

Why: To come together in community and access nature.

We will gather in the parking lot (see pin for location and directions: https://maps.app.goo.gl/FMpyH2VhzFyPrmVu5) at 12:00pm for a short meet and greet before beginning a walk through the Cascade Streamwatch Trail. This trail is paved with under 25 feet of elevation gain. We will decide as a group how long we would like our loop walk to be. There will be snacks and goodies available at the end of our walk for anyone wanting to stick around for a few minutes.

Here is the website for Wildwood: https://www.blm.gov/visit/wildwood-recreation-site. You can find out information about parking, trails, and get familiar with the interactive map ahead of time if you'd like!
