About this event

Today's walk is departing from Cork Oak Forest car park at the Arboretum!

Mama Connect is a Canberra-based social enterprise which focuses on promoting mothers’ mental and social wellbeing. Mama Connect offers a range of activities to enable mothers to navigate their unique journeys through motherhood. In this series of Walk’n’talk sessions women are invited to explore motherhood through being presented a topic with a Mama Connect facilitator and then have the opportunity to connect with others whilst chatting and walking.

All women are invited, whether mothers or not, and the walks are pram friendly for bringing children along! Participating in the discussion is optional, if you don't want to join in the discussion but would like to walk with the group, then please join us!

Perhaps you might also like to get a coffee or take the children to the playground at the end of the walk with some of the women in the group?
