“Active Dreaming” was created by internationally known dream teacher and author, Robert Moss. He has synthesized the dreaming practices of Indigenous People (globally and historically) and Shamanism with modern psychology and Jungian dreamwork.
Active Dreaming teaches us to interpret our own dreams for guidance in daily life and on our spiritual paths. We can also dream for and with our communities, traveling to the past, future, and other realities. In “conscious dreaming” (while awake), we travel with the rhythmic percussion of the drum, and bring back gifts of healing, awakening and magic.

In this completely safe experience, Lalénya will guide you, using a repetitive drum beat, to travel to other realities, worlds, dimensions (like in a night dream), and bring back stories, healing, guidance and magic.
After an introduction to the process, you are given a “map” as a guided meditation, to enter into the alternate reality space. Then during the drumming, you have your own experience, a magical “journey”. When the drum calls you back, you return easily to this reality, bringing gifts of insight an understanding. Afterwards, you may share your journey with the group.
Each session has a different theme. Bring a journal to record your adventures!
