When you arrive, give your name/ticket to the friendly team at the reception counter inside the wake park cafe. They will pop a wristband on the participant.

Can I learn to wakeboarding after the hunt?

Yes, we have a beginner session at 12.30 - 2pm. Minimum age is 10 years to participate.

Will the cafe be open for coffee and food?

Yes our Lakeside Cafe and Sunset Bar will be OPEN till 6pm on Easter Saturday

I'm accompanying my child in the hunt, do I need to buy a ticket?

Parents accompanying infant children do not need a ticket. NEW for 2026, we have an ADULTS ONLY hunt at 2.30pm > tickets required if you want to participate in that one :)

What happens if there is really bad weather, will the event be cancelled?

In the event of excessive rain/flooding, we will postpone the hunt to the following Saturday.

Welcome to the WakeHouse Easter Egg Hunt!

Join us to search for hidden eggs at Wake House Australia. Bring your family and friends for the excitement. The hunt will take place around the lake, so be prepared to skip, hop and jump around the lake to find those sweet treats! Don't forget to bring your baskets to collect all the eggs you find. It's going to be an egg-citing day for everyone involved.

Please arrive at 11.20am, the hunt will start at 11.30am. We have limited tickets this year so there will be lots and lots of eggs for everyone! Please do not arrive any earlier than 11.15am as you may spot the Easter Bunny and that would ruin the surprise for the kids!

Important: Parents please accompany your little children as the hunt will take place around the lake.

Our Lakeside Cafe and Sunset Bar will be open on Easter Saturday from 11:30am till 6pm
