Wake up with gentle Qi Gong movements to get in the flow of life.

Start the day with a deep sense of gratitude that will remain for the rest of your day.

The perfect way to start and set your intention for your weekend!


We will be practicing integrative Qi Gong, weaving Meditation and sometimes Breathwork to create space, clear your mind and support your nervous system.


It's your time to Wake up:

  • Every Friday, from 8 to 8:30am (Melbourne time).
  • 30 minutes sessions via Zoom.
  • $10/session.
