North Texas Women Firefighters is a group designed to recruit, educate and equip women with the resources needed to be successful in the fire service.

We'll be hosting a run through of Waco's physical Agility on October 9 at 9:00 am
Location: Lewisville Fire Department Training Tower, 701 Sewer Treatment Plant Rd, Lewisville

Time to complete course: 3 min 25 seconds
You will wear a 50lb vest and helmet during the course
-Drag dry 3in hose line 125 ft while carrying a 2.5in hydrant adapter and hydrant wrench -Highrise pack (45lbs) up 5 flight of stairs -Hand over hand raise of 1.75 hose bundle to 5th floor landing (20lbs) -Highrise pack carried back downstairs -Carry fan 80 ft (45lbs) -Dummy drag (154lbs) 75 ft -Dry 1.75 hose drag 125 ft to finish line
