The Wacky Workshop - exploring the God of WOW! 24-26th August at Farnham Baptist Church. For anyone who is in reception to year 6.

Dear Parents and Carers, Farnham Baptist Church invites your child(ren) to Wacky Workshop - this year&#x27;s Holiday Bible Club- which is running for 3 days from 24th-26th August, 2022. It is free of charge.Registration from 9:00am to 09:30am on 24th August. On the 25th and 26th August the workshop doors open at 9:30am.Each day we pack up our experiments to go home at 12pm after we’ve spent time investigating who Jesus is and discovering the God of WOW! On the Friday, we will be providing a simple lunch for anyone who would like to join us, so please be prepared to let us know numbers on the first day so we can plan!If you would like your child(ren) to join in, please complete the online registration (by clicking on &#x27;register&#x27; above). Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Wacky Workshop is organised and run by members of Farnham Baptist Church for our local community. All leaders and team-members are DBS checked and are aware of our safeguarding policy. We are an inclusive church who want to welcome all people. A number of our team have extensive experience of working with children with additional needs. Privacy notice: Under Data Protection legislation the church Charity Trustees of Farnham Baptist Church are the Data Controller and can be contacted by ringing <a href="" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">01252 726830</a> or emailing office@farnhambaptist.org.uk. We are collecting this information to enable the church to run the Holiday Club safely and ensure we can contact you (or other nominated adult) in case of an emergency. Data Protection legislation allows us to process this information as we regard it as being in the church’s legitimate interest. If you are unable to supply the information requested then we will be unable to accept your child at our Holiday Club. The information you supply will be held in paper form in a folder which will be kept in a securely locked cupboard in the church office. Only the Ministers and the Holiday Club leaders will have access to this information. The information will be kept for 3 years from when the form was completed unless a safeguarding incident or concern is raised in which case it will be held for 75 years. If you have asked us to keep you informed about future activities we think your child might be interested in attending we will retain your details for the sole purpose of notifying you of such events. We will NOT pass on this information to anyone else. You have the right to ask to be removed from this circulation list at any time If you are concerned about the way your information is being handled please speak to our Data Protection Trustee. If you are still unhappy you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.
