Come join us in a stress free learning environment where questions are welcome! Taught by a licensed Loan officer and licensed Real Estate Agent, you will gain all of the knowledge necessary to keep from making the costly mistakes that most home buyers make.
Whether this will be your first home purchase, or your 10th, ALL ARE WELCOME!!! And you will most definitely learn something no matter where you're at. Everyone's situation is different and we've seen them all.
Buying a home can be stressful and sometimes scary, but if you have the correct people to help you, it's like having a road map through the process. You may not be able to avoid the speed bumps, but at least you'll know what's up ahead.

2 years after your class completion date
The WSHFC requires you to be on camera for the entirety of the class. If something happens and you need to leave for a couple minutes it's not a big deal. If you'll need to be gone for over 15 minutes, then we can discuss the issue privately. We are not the camera police and understand life happens.

Yes. And if you need a couple more minutes for a break it's not a big deal. The WSHFC requires all attendees to be on camera to ensure attendance during the duration of the class.

All questions are required by the WSHFC for registration.
You can register for the class together and both be on the same camera if you'd like. Anyone who will be included on the loan(this is different than the title of the home) will need to fill out a registration form.
