Get ready to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate your mind and body. Bringing you balance and bliss.

Yin yoga allows us to unite our mind, body, and spirit in a meditative manner. By holding poses for longer durations we dive deep past the muscle and into the connective tissue and fascia. While increasing flexibility and decreasing stress, it has a multitude of other health benefits.
This restorative style of yoga is preferred to be done with props in some poses. Props can make the floor come to us where we can relax even deeper peaceful state.

This class tends to use blocks the most. (Blankets, bolsters, straps are optional).

Slow movements lubricate the joints. Combining breath to movement creates a meditative state.

Chakras build the connection between your body, mind, and spirit. They are energy centers that reside along the spine. We work with seven distinct chakras, each corresponding to a specific area of the body that may have stagnant energy causing physical or emotional discomfort. We use yoga poses and affirmations for each chakra to balance our chakra system.

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful hypnotic-like guided meditation that takes you to a state between asleep and awake accessing the subconscious mind.

This restorative style of yoga uses optional props while laying down in a resting position such as blanket(s), pillow, bolsters, or eye pillow.

  • *This class is for all levels. (Mostly, Beginner-Intermediate) No experience required.
  • *Naked classes must be age 18+ to attend.
  • *420 friendly with moderation
  • *Photo/video/self pleasure prohibited
  • *Please bring optional yoga blocks(2), blanket(s)
  • *Please arrive on time!
